Privacy

Account information (name, email), content you create in the app, purchase and donation details (amount, plan, date — never full card numbers, which are processed and stored only by Stripe), and standard technical information (IP address, user agent, log timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

Staff and administrators may be asked to complete identity verification and background screening through third-party providers (Persona and Checkr Trust). Documents and results submitted to those providers are governed by their privacy policies; we store only the verification status needed to enforce access controls.

To operate the service, process your purchases and donations, issue receipts, secure the platform, and communicate with you about it. We don't sell your data.

We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service (hosting, database, email, payment processing via Stripe, and staff verification providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations. Donation records for ALTARED Church and purchase records for ALTARED LLC are maintained by the respective entity.

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
