Terms of Service

You may use ALTARED Analytics only if you agree to these terms and applicable law. Don't abuse the service, harm other users, or attempt to circumvent security.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and process it in order to operate the service for you.

We work hard to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. See our status page for known incidents.

Purchases of lifetime access, donations to ALTARED Church, and major gift or Kingdom Partner arrangements are governed by the Offer & Donation Agreement. Purchases of the lifetime offer are final and non-refundable; donations are voluntary, non-refundable gifts. ALTARED Business and ALTARED Church are legally distinct entities, and payments to one are never owed by the other.

ALTARED Business is a for-profit limited liability company. ALTARED Church is a separate 501(c)(3) non-profit. Payments to ALTARED Business are not tax-deductible charitable contributions, and neither entity is responsible for the other's obligations. Each program on our sites states which entity operates it.

Marketing email, text messages and marketing calls are optional and separate, and you choose each one. Accepting these terms is not consent to receive marketing. You can change your mind at any time on the preferences page, or by replying STOP to a text — see our SMS Program Terms.

Faith-based fitness and wellness material, including BodyByBible content, is general information and community encouragement. It is not individualised medical, nutritional or mental-health care, and we make no promise of weight loss or any other health result. Talk to your own clinician before changing how you eat or exercise.

If you submit music, you keep ownership of your work. You give us permission to host, display and distribute what you submit on the program's platform so that it can be shared as the program describes, and you can ask us to remove it. We do not take ownership of your songs or your copyrights.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
