SMS Program Terms

Text messages are sent by the legal entity named on the signup form for the program you joined. ALTARED Business and ALTARED Church are separate organisations; consent given to one does not apply to the other, and we do not move your consent between them.

• Christian music opportunities — Submission opportunities, artist onboarding and platform updates for independent Christian musicians. Sent by ALTARED Business.
• Christian fellowship invitations — Invitations and reminders for online fellowship gatherings, including times and how to join. Sent by ALTARED Church.
• BodyByBible — Faith-based fitness and wellness community: introductory sessions, enrollment and program events. Sent by ALTARED Business.
• Ministry and church partnerships — Partnership information for churches, ministries and organisations. Sent by ALTARED Business.

You join a text program by entering your mobile number on that program's signup form and ticking the SMS consent box yourself. The box is never pre-ticked. Entering a phone number, creating an account, accepting our Terms, or subscribing to email is not consent to receive text messages. We keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to, the date, and where you agreed.

Message frequency varies by program. Message and data rates may apply — those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Reply STOP to any message to stop it. We record that immediately and it applies across our systems, so changing providers or re-importing your details will not start messages again. You can also choose exactly which messages you receive on the communication preferences page.

Carriers and mobile networks are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee delivery to every device or network.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (for example our messaging provider), and only for that purpose.
